We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information in our care. Within our clinical workflow these include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and HIPAA-aligned operational practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, contractual, and government-records obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
