Service
The terms that govern your use of this website and our digital orthotic scanning products and services.

The terms that govern your use of this website and our digital orthotic scanning products and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at 3DOrthotics.com (the “Site”), operated by 3D Orthotics (“3D Orthotics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern the Site only. The purchase and provision of our products and services are governed by any separate written agreements, purchase orders, or other terms agreed between 3D Orthotics and the applicable facility or customer; in the event of any conflict, those agreements control.
The Site provides general information about 3D Orthotics, the AccuScan DP scanning system, and our orthotic products and services. It is informational in nature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice and not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Our orthotic devices are provided pursuant to a prescription and the order of a qualified healthcare provider. Always rely on the advice of a licensed clinician regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. Nothing on this Site creates a provider-patient relationship.
3D Orthotics provides products and services primarily to VA and DoD healthcare facilities and other authorized institutional customers. The Site is not a retail or direct-to-consumer store, and no order is formed through the Site. Orders are arranged directly with our team and are subject to our separate agreements, applicable clinical prescriptions, and government-procurement requirements.
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, the 3D Orthotics and AccuScan DP names and marks, and the design and arrangement of the Site, are owned by or licensed to 3D Orthotics and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for legitimate, lawful purposes related to our products and services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site to:
The Site may contain links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites and services (for example, embedded video). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Orthotics disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Any warranties relating to our products or services are addressed exclusively in the applicable written agreement with the customer, not on this Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D Orthotics and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3D Orthotics from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where federal law or the terms of a government contract apply. The foregoing does not limit any rights of the United States Government under applicable federal law or contract.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
